What is Results-Based Accountability?

Results-based accountability (RBA) is a method used to ensure that programs or actions lead to meaningful outcomes. It focuses on setting clear goals, measuring progress, and holding responsible parties accountable for achieving those goals. Rather than just tracking activities, RBA emphasizes the importance of producing real, positive results.

In this session, we covered key RBA principles to help local agencies effectively measure and demonstrate program impact, as well as gathered feedback on the metrics we’ll be tracking to enhance accountability
